Why an agent-readiness score is not a conversion rate

By Agent Friendly · Published · 1 min read

An agent-readiness score summarizes defined checks under a particular assessment method. A conversion rate measures observed outcomes among a defined set of visits. One should not be presented as the other.

What to record

A score rising from 60 to 80 does not mean sales rose by one-third. It may show that more assessed checks passed. That can guide repairs, but the business result requires its own measurement.

A check you can run

Put the assessment evidence beside the conversion report and list their different denominators. Do not combine them into a single success percentage.
