A customer review describes a person’s experience. An agent-readiness assessment asks whether software can retrieve facts and navigate a particular task.
Check the visitor’s path
- A popular store can still hide shipping terms behind an interaction an agent cannot complete.
- A readable product page can still offer poor service. Technical accessibility is not a customer satisfaction rating.
- Compare assessments only when their scope, method, date, and tested pages are clear.
- Use reports to locate an obstacle, then replay the customer task to determine whether it remains.
Imagine a much-loved bakery whose collection times appear only inside a photograph. Its reputation answers one question; readable ordering information answers another. Both matter.
A check you can run
Before comparing two businesses, check whether both assessments used the same profile and comparable page coverage. Then read customer reviews separately. A technical assessment cannot establish service quality that it never observed.
