An introductory subscription price is only part of the cost. A useful offer explains the initial period, renewal amount, billing interval, and cancellation route before the customer commits.
What the shopper needs
- Label introductory and recurring prices separately.
- State the currency and billing period next to each amount.
- Explain any minimum term or material eligibility condition.
- Make cancellation instructions reachable from the offer and account area.
“USD 9 today” can describe a trial, a first month, or a one-time purchase. Those are different decisions. An agent comparing plans needs the later charges and duration, not just the largest number on the page.
A check you can run
Ask a reader to calculate the published cost for the first three billing periods. Any missing assumption points to a gap in the offer explanation.
