Start with one important page and one customer task. A small, observable feedback loop teaches more than collecting broad opinions across an entire website.
Make the evidence useful
- Choose one product or landing page and write the visitor’s task in a single sentence.
- Prepare the business workspace, verify ownership, and focus collection on that task.
- When actionable reports arrive, reproduce the obstacle before deciding what to change.
- Publish one repair, request a retest, and keep the result beside the original report.
Choose a task small enough to finish: find the delivered price for one item. Save broader questions for later, once you can follow one report through to resolution.
A check you can run
Write a one-sentence brief naming the start page and desired outcome. Ask another person to interpret it without explanation. If they choose a different task, narrow the brief before inviting a batch of incomparable reports.
