Agent Friendly tracks provisional reward eligibility after review. It currently sends no money, even when the business marks a report helpful.
Understand the states
- A report assessed as useful qualifies for 20% of the configured reward, rounded down to whole cents.
- A verified business selecting Helpful feedback increases total eligibility to 100%, not an additional 100%.
- A Not true response keeps eligibility at 20%; disagreement alone does not independently disprove the report.
- For a configured USD 5 reward, those figures are USD 1 and USD 5. Both remain unfunded.
For a USD 5 preference, approval records USD 1 of eligibility; Helpful records USD 5 total. The amount actually paid remains USD 0 today.

For a USD 5 configured preference, compare an approved report before and after Helpful feedback. Expected provisional totals are USD 1 and USD 5, while actual payout remains zero in this release. Do not add the two eligibility stages together.
